{"id":3415,"date":"2021-04-06T16:26:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T14:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bibletraditions.org\/?p=3415"},"modified":"2023-02-22T15:49:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T14:49:14","slug":"news-greetings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bibletraditions.org\/en\/uncategorized\/news-greetings\/","title":{"rendered":"News | Greetings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Colleagues and Friends<br \/>\nhoping that they will join you in joy and peace, here is some Easter news.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, we were mourned by the news of the sudden recall to God of Mr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bibletraditions.org\/actualites\/49c0355f-20da-46e6-860f-7013bcf71b3c\/\">Paul Peeters<\/a>, who was more than an editor, a friend.<\/p>\n<p>As for the long wait for Saturday, if the time for deconfinement seems to have come in the Holy Land, it is different in Europe and the United States; and restrictions are still in place&#8230; This does not prevent The Bible in its Traditions from developing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The meetings of the editorial committee continue every Friday, virtually but effectively bringing together Judea and P\u00e9rigord.<\/li>\n<li>The enrichment of our Bible for the general public continues. You can join the concretors (attention: only on mobile support), <a href=\"https:\/\/bibleart.com\/\">HERE<\/a> ;<\/li>\n<li>Many workers are in the vineyard: among the most active lately, let&#8217;s thank especially Marc Girard, Theo Truschel and Wulfran Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my, Laura Tran, Marie-\u00c9dith Garin, Philip O&#8217;Brien&#8230; In this newsletter, four of our collaborators at different levels and in different capacities talk about their current experience, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bibletraditions.org\/actualites\/nouvelles-de-collaborations-en-cours\">HERE ;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Laurence Mellerin delivers the first results of the collaboration with Biblindex and opens up some very good prospects, including technological ones, for converging our efforts: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bibletraditions.org\/actualites\/untitled-8\">HERE<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As for the joy of Sunday, we are living it:<\/p>\n<p>in the final touches of the monumental <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peeters-leuven.be\/search_results.php?series=%22La+Bible+en+ses+Traditions%22\">Passion according to Saint Matthew<\/a> to be published by Peeters (and by letting you know about the recent works of two of the contributors) ;<br \/>\nin the release of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bibletraditions.org\/actualites\/notre-dictionnaire-jesus-vient-de-sortir\/\">Dictionary of Jesus<\/a>, already celebrated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/actualite-france\/les-explorateurs-de-la-bible-a-jerusalem-ces-religieux-francais-sur-les-traces-de-jesus-20210402\">Figaro Magazine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With friendly blessings<br \/>\nfrom Jerusalem and other places,<\/p>\n<p>fr.
