In the second semester, the work continued with great intensity and joy:<\/p>\n

El\u00e9onore Mermet (agr\u00e9g\u00e9e de Lettres Modernes) took advantage of our brand new multimedia technology to begin systematically illustrating our Bible, using expressions from what might be called “biblical French” (H.-I. Marrou): from A for “abomination of desolation” to Z for “to sow discord”! She has also enriched the bibliography of our database, integrating many partial files accumulated over the years.<\/p>\n

Andrei Costea (E.N.S., Philosophy) has continued to scrutinise the works of Jean-Louis Chr\u00e9tien, Jean-Luc Marion, Michel Henry and Emmanuel L\u00e9vinas in the ‘Philosophy’ section, and has taken forward the reflection on Paul and the philosophers to complete – at last – the edition of our 2013 Pauline symposium.<\/p>\n

Olivier Robert (E.N.S. agr\u00e9g\u00e9 d’Histoire) composed a complete set of summary notes on the encounters between the Bible, history and archaeology, while continuing the historical annotation of the New Testament.<\/p>\n

Cl\u00e9ment Millet (Lettres Classiques) has integrated all the major variants of the Septuagint for Isaiah and Leviticus, and continued a philological annotation along the Gospels, in the headings of the “Text” zone.<\/p>\n
