L’École biblique et archéologique française de Jérusalem (ÉBAF) recrute un·e assistant·e scientifique et éditorial·e dans le cadre de son programme de recherche innovant en Humanités digitales, La Bible en ses Traditions (BEST) et du développement de son application BibleArt.

Description du poste

L’assistant·e participera activement aux travaux du programme, avec les missions principales suivantes :

Travail scientifique : Contribuer à la création et à l’enrichissement de notes en iconographie biblique, portant sur les personnages, motifs et thèmes majeurs des Écritures.

Travail éditorial : Collaborer sur la plateforme numérique du programme (scribe.bibletraditions.org), en rédigeant et structurant les contenus liés à la Bible et à son iconographie.

Coordination : Prendre part à un séminaire hebdomadaire en lien direct avec le comité éditorial de La Bible en ses Traditions, pour garantir la qualité et la cohérence des productions scientifiques.

Profil recherché

Formation : Niveau Master (ou supérieur).

Connaissances : Intérêt marqué pour la Bible et, idéalement, connaissances solides en la matière.

Compétences numériques : Aisance avec les outils numériques et les recherches en ligne.

Langues : Maîtrise du français et/ou de l’anglais.

Qualités personnelles : Autonomie, rigueur et aptitude au travail en équipe dans un environnement académique exigeant.

Conditions

Lieu : École biblique et archéologique française de Jérusalem.

Durée : Un ou deux semestres :

  • Premier semestre : octobre 2025 – janvier 2026.
  • Second semestre : février 2026 – mai 2026.

Rémunération et avantages :

En contrepartie de 28 heures hebdomadaires d’assistance scientifique et éditoriale

• Voyage aller-retour vers Jérusalem couvert.

• Hébergement et repas sur le campus de l’École.

• Accès aux ressources scientifiques (bibliothèque, enseignements, etc.).

• Une indemnité modeste pour couvrir des dépenses personnelles.
